For Merchant Users – MobilePayments acts as a data controller when collecting and processing personal information for account registration, payment settlements, and service management.
For End Users – MobilePayments processes transaction data on behalf of Merchant Users, meaning we act as a data processor when handling payment-related information for transactions made via our platform.
Merchant Users are responsible for informing End Users about how their data is used when accepting payments through MobilePayments.

Merchant Users (Business Owners & Account Holders)
